The pet leash apparatus comprising a hand-held control device comprising a housing, a fluid reservoir disposed within the housing and a fluid discharge port extending outwardly from the housing, a fluid conduit comprising a first end and a second end, where the first end of the fluid conduit is releaseably interconnected with the fluid discharge port, and a collar comprising a fluid input port interconnected with a fluid spray assembly, where the fluid input port is releaseably interconnected with the second end of the fluid conduit.
