[PROBLEMS] To provide a rolling roll, a rolling mill and a rolling method in which the board crown of a rolled material can be corrected effectively while edge drop can be reduced, and damage to the roll due to local line pre ssure rise between rolls is prevented. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A roll c rown is formed by a continuous curve having a maximal value point and a mini mal value point where the central region held between the maximal value poin t and the minimal value point represents one function, and the end region fr om the maximal value point to a closest roll end represents a function havin g an inclination of steeper gradient than that of the extension of the funct ion in the central region (i.e., the radius decreases sharply toward the rol l end).
