A portable interface device is provided to interface between a portable device and a computer or between two portable devices anywhere and anytime, by constituting the interface device in an accessorial type. A portable interface device comprises rotating units(200,300) formed on lateral surfaces of a body, wherein the rotating units have terminals(210,310), which are connectable to a portable device or a computer. The portable interface device connects between the computer and the portable device or between the portable device and another portable device, thereby enabling transmission of data.
