A method and a system of distributing an information supplying module by using a search portal are provided to prevent a user from being interrupted by showing the information supplying module only when information is received. A system of distributing an information supplying module by using a search portal includes an information supplying module distributing server(202), an internet search server(203) and a partnership server(204). The information supplying module distributing server is installed on a user's terminal, receives information data from the partnership server through communication network, shows the information data on the user's terminal, and includes an installation page storage(210) and a module installer(220). The installation page storage stores an installation page including location information for the information supplying module on a predetermined recording unit. The module installer transmits the information supplying module to the user's terminal when a user accesses the installation page. The internet search server includes a search database(230). The search database stores a search result for query.
