The present invention relates to a two-phase preparation designed to act gradually in two phases, i.e. a day and night phases and containing a product A for the day phase and a product B for the night phase, whereby the product A comprises a) at least one unsaturated fatty acid representative and/or b) at least one trace element and mineral substance representative and/or c) at least one vitamin representative and/or d) at least one bioactive plant substance representative, and/or e) at least one amino acid and/or amino-acid derivative, and the product B comprises a) at least one unsaturated fatty acid representative and/or b) at least one trace element and mineral substance representative and/or c) at least one vitamin representative and/or d) at least one bioactive plant substance representative, and/or e) at least one amino acid and/or amino-acid derivative, with the provision that product A and product B differ from each other in their amounts and/or their material composition. The preparation can be used as a supplementary dietary preparation. |
