Device for connecting tubular conduits with the distributor section (2) of a liquid treatment apparatus (1) provided with treatment elements assembled in a parallelepiped package and permeated by the liquid as well as with a box-like liquid distributor section extending over the front surface of the package provided in a corner section with a flattened portion (3) in which there is provided a passage (4) for the liquid and that there is provided a substantially pyramidal hollow adapter attachment (6) which may be placed on the flattened portion (3) and which is provided with a base having a passage for the liquid corresponding to the passage for the liquid of the flattened portion and with a conduit connector opening (9) in one of its sid e surfaces.
