An ankle band is provided to conform to various sizes of ankles, to absorb sweat, to increase exercising effects, and to help a user to maintain a body temperature. An ankle band includes a band shaped band body(11), a moisture absorbent compound, a fastening unit(21) and one or more elastic bands(31). The band body is formed to be partitioned in a lattice shape by sewing in a longitudinal direction of an ankle. The moisture absorbent compound is received into the band body. The fastening units are installed on both ends of the bad body, and couples both ends of the band body to make the band body mounted on a user's ankle. The elastic band provides elasticity for the band body. The moisture absorbent is a compound having acrylate copolymer as a principal ingredient.
