STEEL TAPPING MEASURING APPARATUS OF REFINING FURNACE

An equipment for measuring a tapping temperature of a refining furnace is provided, wherein the equipment can automatically perform emergency erection of the refining furnace in a PLC(Programmable Logic Control) room after displaying the outflow of molten steel by a molten steel outflow sensor when molten steel flows out in the early stage of the tapping operation even while an operator performs a tapping operation in a refining furnace operating room. An equipment for measuring a tapping temperature of a refining furnace comprises: a sensing device mounted on a central bottom within a motor room(210) such that the sensing device corresponds with a cassette on the bottom of a ladle; a frame(16) that forms an external appearance of the sensing device; fixing guides(14) installed at both sides of an upper surface of the frame to fix the frame; an optical sensor(17) embedded in the frame; a glass hole(18)formed on a front face of the frame to guide forward a light generated from the optical sensor; a cable(13) for transmitting a detection signal of the optical sensor; a pipe(15) installed on a side face of the frame to protect the cable; and a cover(11) installed on the upper surface of the frame to cut off alien substances that flow into the frame.
