Method for construction of vertical mine shaft includes penetration of upper part of shaft through unstable light and water-saturated rocks to hard stable rocks with arrangement of fixation as sections by downward layout and hydro-insulation of shaft face, with following penetration of lower part of shaft in hard stable rocks. Penetration of upper part of shaft is performed with drilling with simultaneous preparation of equipment by permanent layout for penetration of lower part of shaft in hard stable rocks. At that arrangement of fixation andhydro-insulation of shaft pit face one performs by whole length of the upper part of shaft by means of installation on shaft mouth of first section of fixation with bottom for lowering it at floating and installation of following sections on it, withsealing those to each other by inner and outer contours. At that fixation is installed with gap formed by its outer wall and wall of shaft in which one forms outer shell for insulation of water-bearing horizons one from another. Penetration of the lower part of shaft in hard stable rocks is performed after removal of bottom of first section of fixation and drying upper part of shaft.
