ROLL FORMING SYSTEM FOR SIMULTANEOUS FORMING AND METHOD THEREOF

A roll forming system for simultaneous forming and a roll forming method for simultaneous forming are provided to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost by integrally welding a core panel between top and bottom panels, thereby forming the panels into a sandwich type composite panel and forming roll-formed beams into predetermined shapes at the same time. A roll forming system for simultaneous forming comprises: a first uncoiler(1) installed at a front side of a process line to uncoil a coil(11) supplied; a roll core forming machine(2) installed in rear of the first uncoiler to form a core panel(10) by bending a strip uncoiled from the first uncoiler; a second uncoiler(3) installed in rear of the roll core forming machine to uncoil coils(31,33) for top and bottom panels to upper and lower sides of the core panel supplied from the roll core forming machine; a guide roller(4) installed in rear of the second uncoiler to align the panel and coils in a row by guiding both side ends of the core panel and the coils for top and bottom panels; a roller electrical resistance welder(5) installed in rear of the guide roller to continuously weld the coils and panel into a sandwich type composite panel(20) by flowing electricity to the core panel and the coils for top and bottom panels supplied in a state that the coils are superposed on upper and lower sides of the core panel through upper and lower roller electrodes(51,53); a break press(6) installed in rear of the roller electrical resistance welder to form holes for various purposes in the composite panel supplied from the roller electrical resistance welder; and a roll former unit(R) comprising a plurality of roll formers(R1-R7) disposed in a row in rear of the break press to roll-from the composite panel into a bumper beam by sequentially bending a composite panel from the break press.
