The invention relates to veterinary medicine. A method for treatment of animals affected with leptospirosis provides for administration of 7.5% solution of the mixture of chemotherapeutic agents of fluoroquinoline group such as enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin taken in the ratio of 2:1, correspondingly, and solution is administered intramuscularly once a day for 3-4 days on the basis of 1 cm3/20 kg of animal body weight.
