The proposed method for determining changes of the physical state of a building consists in measuring the frequency and amplitude of the oscillations of the monitored building, such as vibrations, by vibration transducers and determining the frequencies and amplitude of the natural oscillations of the building depending on the characteristics of the ground under the building and the weights and stiffness of the structural elements of the building.
