A pressurization device for hot forging is provided to make it possible to easily obtain a product for forging having a complicated structure of which upper and lower parts have different thicknesses. A pressurization device for hot forging comprises: a pressurization body(100) having a rectangular-shaped slide groove(110) formed on the bottom thereof, a guide groove(120) formed on a top part thereof such that the divided compression part is coupled to the guide groove, slit grooves(130) which are vertically formed on both sides of the guide groove and each has a catching projection(131), and first penetration grooves(140) formed in the bottom of the guide groove; a divided compression part(200) having compression elements(210,210') on which clamping grooves(211,211') are formed respectively, and which have workpiece pressurizing grooves(212) formed on top parts thereof, and rolling members(220) which are coupled to the divided compression part and caught on the catching projections, and which have spacers(222) coupled to the clamping grooves by bolts; and a withdrawing part(300) which is inserted into the bottom of the pressurization body, the withdrawing part having a knockout plate(310) coupled to the slide groove of the pressurization body such that the knockout plate is movable up and down.
