FIELD: metal working processes, namely tools with mechanical fastening of cutting tips. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool includes body, cutting tip secured to angular seat of body by means of rod, chip breaker, first and second sleeves. On bottom of through stepped opening of tool body washer is placed; flat end surface of said washer engages with end surface of first sleeve normal to axis of said rod. End surfaces of first and second sleeves inclined relative to rod axis are in mutual contact with possibility of shifting second sleeve to axis of rod and engagement with it. In order to improve operational reliability due to possibility of changing cutting tip without dismounting tool, rod is made as double-step one and diameters of its steps are increased from threaded end of rod to its head. Said rod is arranged in through double-step opening of tool body. In recess of chip breaker threaded end of rod and nut are arranged. Small-diameter step of rod passes in through stepped opening of body, opening of cutting tip and opening of plate of cuttings breaker. End surface of rod step of large diameter engages with end surface of second sleeve normal relative to axis of rod. ^ EFFECT: improved operational reliability of tool. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
