FIELD: medicine; traumatic surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: system has intervertebral disk implant 9, which has top and lower closing plates 91, 92 and sliding kernel 93 disposed between plates 91 and 92. Pair of openings 96, 97 corresponds to any closing plate 91, 92 or protrusions for grip. System also has adjusting tool 1, which has area of handle 21, 31 and grip area 22, 32 provided with fixing protrusions 51, 52 or with openings, which openings are inserted in openings 96, 97 or into protrusions for grip to hold intervertebral disk implant. Openings 96 and 97 or protrusions for grip are disposed onto lateral faces of implant 9. At least one pair of openings 96 or protrusions for grip, disposed onto one of closing plates 92, has shape to be elongated in direction of other closing plate. System is optimally adapted for needs at implantation under strict conditions, which conditions arise in area of jugular department of spinal column. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment. ^ 18 ck, 8 dwg |
