Color pattern asphalt and a construction method of color pattern asphalt are provided to have excellent abrasion resistance and stain resistance, to provide excellent elasticity and to make it easier to construct. Color pattern asphalt is placed on a new or old asphalt pavement(10), and composed of elastic primer(20) placed on the top of the asphalt pavement to a thickness of 0.1mm or so using a soft brush or roller, elastic base coatings(30), an admixture of color mix mortar and polymer, placed on the top of the elastic primer at a level to a thickness of 4~9mm, and color fixatives(40) placed on the top of the elastic base coat using a spray gun, wherein color acryl resins are used as the color fixatives to increase watertight and waterproof effects. A construction method of color pattern asphalt for placing color pattern asphalt on a new or old asphalt pavement comprises the steps of: removing pollutants on the existing asphalt concrete or asphalt using a high pressure washer; after drying up the surface, placing elastic primer using a soft brush or roller to increase adhesive strength with materials; mixing color mix mortar with elastic polymer, and covering up the surface of the asphalt concrete or asphalt evenly; after curing the surface, designing the bottom using a stencil or a tape; spraying color acryl resins evenly using a spray gun; after drying up the surface enough to pass through, removing the stencil or a tape and cleaning off impurities using a brush or an air compressor.
