ASPHALT CONCRETE WITH EXCELLENT COLOR AND DRAINING PROPERTY USED IN MAKING PAVEMENT

Asphalt concrete with a beautiful color tone and an excellent draining property used in making a sidewalk is provided to harden a surface coating composition quickly under 10 °C and to give a comfortable walking condition with an elastic sidewalk by making the asphalt concrete with a draining asphalt concrete layer and a surface coating layer. Asphalt concrete with a beautiful color tone and an excellent draining property used in making a sidewalk comprises a draining asphalt concrete layer(1a) and a surface coating layer(1b) coated on the draining asphalt concrete layer and formed by polymerization of composition material at normal temperature. The surface coating layer consists of a mixture of an improved asphalt composition and an aggregate, where the improved asphalt composition contains 4-8 wt.% of cellulose fiber and 8-12 wt.% of an improving agent. The improving agent consists of 20-40 wt.% of an amide group polymer, 20-40 wt.% of an aromatic compound having a high boiling point, and 30-60 wt.% of an organic polymer commercial agent to 100 wt.% of a linear styrene-butadiene-styrene synthetic rubber.
