A three-dimensional model deformation system for deforming a three-dimensional model defined by a plurality of faces and representing an arbitrary object, comprising a means for matching a skeleton representing the prestored rough outline of the object to a three-dimensional model and forming a base curve representative of the rough outline of the three-dimensional model, a first polygon forming means for turning the three-dimensional model into dot groups, a means for deforming the base curve of the three-dimensional model arbitrarily depending on the direction from an operator, a means for determining a dot group corresponding to the arbitrarily deformed base curve by displacing the dot group representative of the three-dimensional model based on displacement from a base curve before arbitrary deformation to a base curve after arbitrary deformation, and a second polygon forming means for creating a three-dimensional model defined by a plurality of faces from the dot groups thus obtained.
