FLOOR MANAGING SYSTEM, METHOD AND TERMINAL APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING MULTIMEDIA CALLING SERVICE IN POC SYSTEM

A floor managing system, a method and a terminal device for performing a multimedia calling service in a PoC system are provided to initiate a session within a short time even when a terminal supporting all types of multimedia stream transmitters does not participate in a corresponding session and enable a terminal participating in the session to receive an optimal media stream. A floor managing method for performing a multimedia calling service in a PoC(Push To Talk over Cellular) system comprises the following steps of: allowing a session initiation request PoC client(500) to transmit a session participation request message to a PoC server(510)(501); allowing the PoC server to receive a response message for the session participation request message from a session participation PoC client; allowing a session media type temporary storage to store the response message including media type information about the session participation PoC client(580); and allowing the session initiation request PoC client to receive information about the session participation PoC client included in the response message.
