Heating equipment of heat pump type is provided to ensure flexible temperature change regardless of temperature differences between summer and winter, thereby providing hot water in a consistent temperature with high thermal efficiency. Heating equipment of heat pump type comprises a heat pipe(10), a hot water tank(20), a heat pump(30), pipes(40a,40b,40c), a closed circuit pipe(100), and a mixing heat exchanger(200). The heat pipe is where hot water is stored. The hot water tank receives hot water from the heat pipe. The heat pump is for heating the water from the hot water tank. The pipes connect the heat pipe, hot water tank, and heat pump in sequence. The closed circuit pipe connects a lower body of the hot water tank and an outlet pipe of an auxiliary tank, having a three-way valve(110) installed on one side which meets the pipe and an evaporator(120) for cooling on the other side. The mixing heat exchanger is disposed between an outlet side of the three-way valve and an inlet side of the heat pump, for collecting and mixing waste heat.
