PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system and a communication control method capable of setting stepwise communication limit to be placed on wireless communication apparatuses connected via repeaters. SOLUTION: A management server S for storing identification information of wireless communication apparatuses 1A to 1F under the control of repeaters 2A to 2D stores a first blacklist for inhibiting communication across repeaters 2A to 2D. A wireless communication apparatus 1A whose identification code is written in the first blacklist is banned from making communication with other wireless communication terminals 1C to 1F across the plural repeaters 2A to 2D. The repeaters 2A to 2D store a second blacklist for inhibiting return communication. The wireless communication apparatus 1F whose identification code is written in the first black list and the second black list of the repeater 2D is also banned for making return communication in the repeater 2D.
