A handrail connecting device of a bridge is provided to perform maintenance work simply by fixing or separating a handrail to or from an upper plate of a bridge simply. A handrail connecting device of a bridge for fixing or separating a handrail to or from an upper plate of a bridge simply at maintenance work comprises a connector fixed to a horizontal frame(7) supporting an upper plate(1) of the bridge and having a concave groove to which a handrail post(11) is inserted, many fastening pieces installed in the concave groove to hold the handrail post, an insert(21) formed on the bottom of the handrail post and fitted to the concave groove of the connector, and many projections(23) formed on the surface of the insert and coupled with the fastening pieces of the connector. |
