<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and automatically eliminate problems of the corrosion of piping or the like in a bath room and a discomfort feeling or a dirtiness feeling caused by chlorides remaining on the floor surface in the bath room, in a water softener mounted in the bath room of a general household. <P>SOLUTION: The water softener mounted in the bath room of the general household is provided with a resin cylinder 1 in which an ion exchange resin 38 for softening raw water is filled, a raw water line 3 for supplying the raw water to the resin cylinder 1, a softened water line 4 for supplying soft water softened in the resin cylinder 1 to the using place, a salt water supply line 23 for regenerating the ion exchange resin 38 and a draining line 7 for draining water in the ion exchange resin 1, and is constituted so as to perform switching among a water feed operation for making the raw water flow into the ion exchange cylinder 1 to make the softened water flow out, a regeneration operation for making the salt water flow into the ion exchange cylinder 1 to regenerate the ion exchange resin 38 and an outside cleaning operation for washing out the chlorides remaining on the floor or the like in the bath room. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
