PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat generator which suppresses degradation with the passage of time, has high thermal transfer characteristic, and also excels in corrosion resistance and high temperature durability. SOLUTION: The exhaust heat generator makes thermal energy of exhaust gas conduct to thermoelectric conversion elements with a fin arranged in an exhaust gas passage, so as to change the energy into electric power.
