PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an email system that can prevent mail sending unintended by mail senders without overloading the mail senders. SOLUTION: The email system comprises a mail client for attaching control information about mail to a signature and sending outgoing mail messages with the signature attached at mail sending, a control information server for managing the control information and determining whether or not to send mail messages according to the control information attached to the mail messages, and a mail server for receiving and sending mail messages permitted to be sent by the control information server.
