PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heat treatment apparatus which achieves safe and efficient heat treatment effect without causing an injury such as burn of the skin or the like and also provides massage effect without experience and skill. SOLUTION: The high-frequency heat treatment apparatus comprises an activating electrode 2 and a return electrode which adhere to two different positions on the surface of the human skin respectively and a high-frequency heat treatment device for heating the human tissue by supplying high-frequency electricity, via the electrodes, to the human tissue between the electrodes. One or a plurality of rotary electrodes 21 are turnably arranged via bearings to the activating electrode 2. The number and shape of the one or the plurality of rotary electrodes 21 are selected comprehensively so that the rotary electrodes are prevented from locally contacting the human skin surface topically and that the contact area between the rotary electrodes and the human is suitable for the high-frequency electricity. When needed, an advance/retreat spring structure is combined with each bearing 24 of the rotary electrode 21. Further, when necessary, the plurality of rotary electrodes 21 are connected by a caterpillar belt made of a conductive material to make the whole surface of the belt work as an electrode.
