<p>A solid-state imaging device (1) is provided with an imaging region (10), a photosensitive region (20) for trigger, a row selecting section (30), a column selecting section (40), a voltage holding section (50), an outputting section (60) and a control section (70). Prior to permitting light to enter, data for trigger is read out by the photosensitive region (20), an integration circuit (62) and an AD conversion circuit (64) for trigger, and based on such data for trigger, light entry is detected. When light entry is detected, pixel data is read out by an imaging region (10), the voltage holding section (50), a difference calculating circuit (61) and an AD conversion circuit (63) for imaging.</p> |
