摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a high pulse repetition rate, improved pointing stability, and variable pulse repetition rate as an option for various users, including non-destructive laser ultrasonic test of the material. SOLUTION: In a laser beam amplification system and method, the amplification of the laser beam which is emitted from a laser light source as a low amplified seed laser optical signal is obtained. The low amplified seed laser optical signal is transmitted to an amplifier. In the amplifier, the low amplified seed laser optical signal is amplified by inductive radiation of a population inversion obtained by a pumping diode for generating the amplified laser optical signal.
