PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a flux automatically when the remaining quantity becomes below a fixed amount without continuous supervision by an operator of the remaining quantity of the flux in a flux storage portion. SOLUTION: When a flux F on a rotating disk 40 becomes little and the remaining quantity detection sensor 58 detects that the amount of light going back by being reflected by the flux F irradiated with a light from a light emitter and received by the light receiver becomes below a first predetermined level, a CPU controls so as to open an opening and closing valve communicating with a pressure source for supply. Accordingly, when the opening and closing valve opens, the flux in a syringe is pressurized by supplied compressed air through a float, the flux is supplied on the rotation disk 40 through a hose and a supply pipe. When the supplied amount of the flux increases, and the remaining quantity detection sensor 58 detects that the amount of light received by the light receiver becomes more than a second predetermined level; the CPU controls so as to close the opening and closing valve.
