PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device for notifying warning information suitable for actual driving conditions and for improving effectiveness of the notifying function in consideration of a time zone in which a vehicle actually travels in an attention area. SOLUTION: A driving support device A notifies warning information to pay attention to an attention area in which a cautionary state occurs by means of a notifying means 5. The device A includes a control means 4 making the notifying means 5 notify the warning information when it is determined that a vehicle approaches or enters the attention area on the basis of attention area data including at least the attention area and the kind of the attention and vehicle position data indicating the position of the vehicle, and also when it is determined that a determined entry time that the approach or entry to the attention area is determined satisfies prescribed notification time conditions.
