PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition giving a film excellent in easy tearability and heat sealability, a film with a sealant layer of the resin composition and a bag obtained by heat sealing the film. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises 75-95 wt.% of a component (A): an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer comprising an ethylene unit and a 3-20Cα-olefin unit, having activation energy of flow of≥35 kJ/mol, a melt flow rate ratio of≥30 and a molecular weight distribution of 5-25, and 25-5 wt.% of a component (B): a cyclic olefin-based polymer.
