PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving cup-type vending machine supplying hot water of a prescribed temperature by eliminating a large-capacity hot water tank heat-retained by an external heat source such as a heater, and raising the temperature of water of small volume inside a pipe by warm heat of a heat pump. SOLUTION: Because heat exchange water inside water side piping 25 for a high-temperature refrigerant inside a refrigerant side piping 24 to raise the temperature to a prescribed temperature by configuring a water heat exchanger 21 by a pipe through which the refrigerant flows and the pipe through which hot water supplying water flows, the hot water tank needing the heat retention is done away with to perform the energy saving. By equipping the water heat exchanger heat-exchanging between the refrigerant and the hot water supplying water to produce the hot water, and a heat storage tank storing the water heat exchanger and a heat storage material, the hot water supplying water can be heated by the warm heat of the heat storage material provided inside a heat storage tank even when rising performance of the heat pump is deteriorated, so that the prescribed temperature of the hot water can be supplied for sales.
