<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for immobilizing a target, which is improved in cost, reliability, range and effectiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, a third electrode which contacts with the target as a result of movement of the target, and a waveform generator 136 which is selectively coupled with the first electrode, the second electrode, and the third electrode, generates a stimulus signal through the first electrode and the second electrode to prompt movement of the target toward the third electrode, and supplies a stimulus signal for immobilizing the target through the third electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
