PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby, e.g. a data transmission destination more surely confirms whether or not a data transmission sender is a legitimate transmission sender. SOLUTION: In a first information communication apparatus, an input section 102 inputs communication data, and a relational buildup section 103 applies a prescribed processing to the communication data on the basis of a relational buildup pattern stored in a tamper resistant apparatus 150. A transmission section 104 transmits the communication data subjected to the prescribed processing by the relational buildup section 103 to a second information communication apparatus. A reception section 105 in the second information communication apparatus receives the communication data and a relational buildup section 103 applies a prescribed processing to the communication data on the basis of a relational buildup pattern stored in a tamper resistant apparatus 150. An authentication section 106 confirms whether or not the communication data subjected to the prescribed processing by the relational buildup section 103 are normal communication data.
