PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating circuit securing lubricating ability and sealing performance of a sliding part in a compressor while suppressing the degradation of refrigerating capacity according to the operating situation of the refrigerating circuit. SOLUTION: The refrigerating circuit comprises an oil separator 16 having a separating chamber 48 separating a part of lubricating oil from a refrigerant, and an oil storage chamber 49 storing the lubricating oil separated in the separating chamber 48; a by-pass passage 52 connecting the oil storage chamber 49 of the oil separator 16 to a compressor 14 and returning the lubricating oil in the oil storage chamber 49 to the compressor 14, by-passing a gas cooler 18, an expansion valve 20 and an evaporator 22; a needle valve 56 continuously changing the return quantity of lubricating oil through the by-pass passage 52; a temperature sensor 80 detecting the operating situation of the refrigerating circuit; and a control device 34 adjusting the needle valve 56 according to the detection result of the temperature sensor 80 to adjust the return quantity of lubricating oil through the by-pass passage 52.
