PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous mesh mechanism having simple construction for reducing dragging torque due to friction between a synchronizer ring and a core part during neutral. SOLUTION: The transmission synchronous mesh mechanism is provided for synchronizing a shift gear mounted on a rotating shaft in a relatively rotatable manner with the rotating speed of the rotating shaft. It comprises a synchronizer hub mounted on the rotating shaft in a relatively non-rotatable manner and having a plurality of cutout portions in the outer periphery, a synchronous sleeve mounted on the outer periphery of the synchronizer hub in a relatively non-rotatable and axially slidable manner, the synchronizer ring to be rotated together with the synchronizer hub and having a tapered thrust face on the inner periphery, the cone part formed integrally with the shift gear and having a tapered face complementary with the tapered thrust face on the outer periphery, and a piece member provided in each cutout portion for generating energizing force on the synchronizer ring with the operation of centrifugal force in the direction of separating the synchronizer ring from the cone part.
