A control drive moves the blocking member with a driving motor and a transmission (10) couples the driving motor with the blocking member. The sensors are coupled with the control unit (11) for detecting the position of the rotor. The control unit controls the coils of the stator as a function of output signals of the sensors for detecting the position of the rotor. A rotary step of the rotor is examined before another controlling of the coil, which should affect the following rotary step.
