PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propulsion device causing no failure at low cost and aiming at saving energy without requiring a mechanical element or concern on accuracy. SOLUTION: A filling vessel 6 is provided on an outer peripheral part of a rotation shaft 17 in a wheel of the air-filling type tire and a pressure-receiving surface 5 is provided in an outer periphery radial direction. Compression air is filled in the filling vessel 6 and rotation force to the rotation shaft 17 is generated by applying the compression air to the pressure-receiving surface 5.
