PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal ion water making method which enables the keeping and holding of the efficient elution of metal ions over a long period of time. SOLUTION: In a metal ion water making method for making metal ion water by embedding a metal in water to be treated, the metal, which has the difference of electronegativity or potential less than that of carbon and has an ionization tendency, and carbon are solidified and integrated in a close contact state and, in a state that a contact boundary part comes into contact with water, so that trinity exposure is performed to make the metal ion water.
