<p>The device for securing aluminum extruded products, so-called aluminum pigs, has outer securing device (16) consisting of elastically stretchable netting webs (17) which is arranged in a horizontally sloping and also overlapping, enveloping manner at least on the vertical faces of the packet (10). The netting webs have net openings, the opening area of which is smaller than the cross-sectional surface of the pig (11q,11i). An independent claim is included for a method for securing aluminum extruded products, so-called aluminum pigs in which a horizontal sloping, overlapping and enveloping fastening of an elastically stretchable netting web is applied all over the surface of the packet.</p> |
