<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for conductive roll advantageously imparting an elastic conductive layer of a conductive roll with required electric performance (conductivity), excellent surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy, by extrusion molding. <P>SOLUTION: The rubber composition for conductive roll is obtained by compounding 5-50 pts.wt. of liquid plasticizer and/or liquid rubber material, 10-80 pts.wt. of silica and/or 30-150 pts.wt. of calcium carbonate per 100 pts.wt. of rubber material comprising 70-100 pts.wt. of epichlorohydrin based rubber material comprising one or more kind of epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide based copolymers and/or epichlorohydrin-ethylene oxide-allylglycidyl ether copolymer containing 30-75 mole.% of ethylene oxide, and 0-30 pts.wt. of nitrile rubber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
