<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive data from a specific light source without packaging any expensive device even when a plurality of light sources are within a range photographed by a camera. <P>SOLUTION: A visible light receiving device 1 detects and receives data synchronously with a transmission timing of data of a visible light transmitting device. It is detected from received specific data, group identification data and title data which transmitting device exists in a light receiving area of a light receiving element and which is the light receiving element.
