<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce phase difference between a positive signal and a negative signal, and to regulate the phase difference optimally. <P>SOLUTION: The receiver comprises a skew regulator 8 in differential pairing which compares the DC voltage Sa3-2 of skew in the differential pairing between the positive signal and the negative signal of a differential signal with a threshold Sa3-3 for judging the DC voltage Sa3-2; and sets a predetermined delay amount for the positive signal and the negative signal after comparison, based on a control signal Sa4 for delaying the phase and a control signal Sp1 representative of the delay state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
