PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical apparatus which has less parasitic capacitance between lines due to an intersection of the lines and has a fast operation speed, and to provide electronic equipment provided with the electro-optical apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrooptical apparatus is provided with a first main signal line which is disposed corresponding to a unit circuit and propagates a prescribed signal; a first sub-signal line whose line width is narrower than that of the first main signal line; a second main signal line disposed between the first main signal line and the first sub-signal line; a first connection line which is connected with the first main signal line and the first sub-signal line and is disposed astriding the second main signal line; and an inner circuit having a plurality of elements connected with the first sub signal line, wherein the prescribed signal branches from the first main signal line and is supplied to the inner circuit via the first sub-signal line.
