PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator for makeup which can be used without generating bent bristles even when repeatedly used, in the applicator for makeup for which a mouth piece is provided on the distal end of an application rod, the bundle of lined brush bristles is inserted to the mouth piece and a liquid cosmetic material excessively stuck to the bristle bundle is wiped away by a wiper. SOLUTION: The applicator for makeup is provided with the bristle bundle, the mouth piece formed of a cylindrical metal or plastic for inserting and fixing the bristle bundle, and an elastic material composed of urethane rubber or silicone rubber immersed or integrally molded at the outer periphery of the bristle bundle close to the end part of the mouth piece.
