PRODUCTION METHOD OF RADIATION IMAGE CONVERSION PANEL, RADIATION IMAGE CONVERSION PANEL, AND RADIATION DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of radiation image conversion panel of stable thickness of phosphor film using aerosol deposition coating technique, a radiation image conversion panel produced by the production method, and a radiation detector using the radiation image conversion panel.

SOLUTION: In the production method of the radiation image conversion panel containing a phosphor layer converting radiation generated on a substrate using an aerosol deposition coating device into visible light, the aforementioned aerosol deposition coating device 2 includes at least one nozzle 2d jetting phosphor particles constructing the aforementioned phosphor layer and a collision angle controlling means 2e during collision of the aforementioned phosphor particles against the substrate between the aforementioned nozzle and the aforementioned substrate.
