PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of an SSO user by providing a single sign-on system performing authentication of the SSO when a user is the SSO system user when the user accesses an individual login screen of each service site from a client terminal and receives the authentication by use of a password and an individual login ID of the service site, or performing only individual login of the service site when the user is a user not using the SSO system. SOLUTION: Each the service site has information for deciding propriety of the SSO user to the individual login ID, it is decided whether the client terminal performing the login by the password and the individual login ID from the individual login screen is the SSO user or not, the client terminal is redirected to an SSO authentication server when the client terminal is the SSO user, and the individual login ID information and login success information of the service site are transferred to the SSO authentication server. The SSO authentication server acquires SSO login ID information associated with the received individual login ID information on the basis of the received individual login ID information, and performs the SSO authentication of the client terminal.
