The circuit has two inductors (9, 11) and a capacitor (10) connected in series between an output (6) of an amplifier branch (1) and an output (8) of another amplifier branch (2), where the inductor (9) exhibits a concurrent structure for the inductor (11). A low-pass filter (16) is connected to the output (6, 8). The two amplifier branches, two inductors, the capacitor and the low-pass filter are integrated in an individual semiconductor chip. An electrostatic discharge unit (14) is connected between the inductor (9) and the capacitor at a node. An independent claim is also included for a method for processing radio frequency signals.
