A method for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell is provided to produce a membrane-electrode assembly capable of preventing a deterioration of a fuel cell due to interfacial exfoliation even during a long-term operation. A method for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly(10) for a fuel cell includes the steps of: forming coating layers(60,60') containing a second proton-conducting polymer on a first proton-conducting polymer substrate(40) under vacuum to prepare a polymeric electrolyte membrane(20); and forming an anode electrode(30) and a cathode electrode(30') on both surfaces of the polymeric electrolyte membrane.
