<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of easily and surely executing intended photographing by a person existing in a remote place. <P>SOLUTION: A photographing section 304 uses photographing setting data associated with photographing to execute preliminary photographing. A transmission section 307 transmits source data obtained as a result of the preliminary photographing by the photographing section 304 and preliminary use photographing setting data being photographing setting data used for the preliminary photographing to a source utilizing apparatus for determining principal recommend data photographing setting data recommended as the photographing setting data used for the principal photographing. An acquisition section 301 acquires the principal recommend data photographing setting data determined on the basis of the preliminary use photographing setting data by the source utilizing apparatus from the source utilizing apparatus.
